Rent To Own Policy And Rental Policy

Rent to Own Policy

Lancaster Mobility Ltd Rent to Own Policy:
– Rent to Own will be based on the full retail price of Product/Equipment Provided
– Monthly Rental Rates will be established per Piece of Product/Equipment supplied
– Rent to Own Payment Structure is as follows:  100% of the first Month and 50% of Every Month there after will be applied to the Purchase Price at the time of Buy Out.  Delivery and Installation fees are not credited.
– Any Products/Equipment returned before the full term of the rent to own agreement according to the payment structure, will automatically revert to rental only and will not be subject to any refunds.
– Products/Equipment must be returned in satisfactory condition or  Cleaning and Repair Fees may apply. 
– All rentals are bound by Lancaster Mobility’s delivery, rental and installation terms.

Rental Policy

-Renter must be a Major Credit Card Holder and provide credit card number to be kept on file for duration of the rental period.

-All rentals are for a minimum of one month

-It is the renters responsibility to notify Lancaster Mobility at least 48 hours PRIOR to the rental due date if you no longer require the rental equipment.

– If we are notified you no longer need the equipment AFTER we have processed payment you will be subject to an administration fee of $10.00 to process the refund.

-All charges are based on the time the items(s) is in the renter’s possession whether in use or not – Lancaster Mobility is unable to give a refund if the rental equipment is returned early after pre-paying.

-Lancaster Mobility guarantees our rental equipment, and will maintain the equipment throughout the rental period as needed.

– Once Lancaster Mobility has installed the equipment it must only be uninstalled/moved by Lancaster Mobility. 

-The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of the rental equipment and gives the right to charge the cost of repair or the whole retail price of the equipment in case of loss to the credit card provided as security by the renter.

-The client is responsible for any injury or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accident or abuse of the rental equipment.

– All rentals are bound by Lancaster Mobility’s delivery, rental and installation terms.
